I read science at Trinity College, graduating in 2001. Instead of pursuing a career in this area however, I left the lab coat behind and joined Andersen, which merged with KPMG during 2002. I remained with KPMG until 2014 and was a Tax Director in the Corporate Tax Team.
I have advised a broad range of domestic and international clients in the construction, healthcare and retail sectors. I have also advised on large Public Private Partnership projects and the structuring of various investments, working alongside private equity houses.
I have a particular interest in advising families and their companies on how to optimise their affairs, whether from a personal or corporate tax perspective.
A few hobbies of mine include athletics, golf and reading – particularly sports autobiographies.
